Quality Control

Our Quality Control Dept. was established in 2005. It is under the direct control of the General Manager Ms. Lee and has 12 professional Quality Supervisory Controllers, of whom 80% are engineers and technicians. The team is technically well qualified and has abundant testing experience.

 We have formulated a series of responsibilities for each member of the QC team, from the General Manager down to the basic staff, and promulgated a series of Quality Standards and Product Quality Checking System. We have optimized on-the-spot QC Management, grasping the principles of QC techniques, promoting civilized production and paying attention to training before staff of QC personnel.

1) Collection of hair

2) Sorting when arrving our factory

3) Pre wefting inspection

4) Post wefting inspection

5) Inpection before sending to our distribution deartment

6) Inspection durign and after CO Washing

7) Final check by your sales reprensentative
